Description:
Programming I Assignment 4
Write this program in C++(Visual C++ 6.0)

Get the file sturec.dat and put it where
you want to do your work. This is a file containing 4 columns of
numbers that represent student test scores during a semester. Each
line represents one student's scores.

You are to setup a 2D array to read the scores into. Set it up as
double grades[50][5] for 50 rows and 5 columns. Read the scores into the
first 4 columns, and calculate column 5 as the average of the first 4.
Let n = the number of student records read from the file; then you will
have rows 0 thru n-1 for the n student records. For the nth line,
calculate each row position as the average of the column above it.

Now print the average of all student averages (grades[n][4]), nicely
labelled and formatted. Then get into a loop where the user can
inquire about other specific averages. Have them type a 'T' to get
the average on a test, or 'S' to get the average of a student. (Students
are identified by a row number; tests are just numbers 1-4). After
inputting the T or S, get the test number or student number whose info
is wanted.

You should write functions to help you with this; for example, it is good
to have a function to calculate the average of a row or a column.

Hi,
I can do this program in VC++ 6.0 in around 1 hour. I've done a lot of similar projects like this one for school (when i was in Programming 2/3/AP Computer in High School). I will comment evey line and function to explain you exactly how it works. In addition, I can add more features if you wish and will work on it until you are 100% satisfied.
Look forward to working with you,
Eric
