Description:
Design a board on which two human players can play a game of Tic-Tac-Toe. The board should be a 3 by 3 grid of squares. When a human player clicks with the mouse on a square, a giant letter "O" or "X" should appear there, with the players alternating placing "O" and then "X". The program must referee and check for illegal moves, and must ignore a player clicking on a square that is already filled (display an message). When one player or the other fills three squares in a row (up, down, or diagonally), the program must stop the game and show a message the "Player ["X" or "O"] has won!" Include a reset button to restart with a new game (empty board). Keep track of how many games each player has won (keep a score board).
The source code should not be very complicated or advanced, it should be easy to understand...maybe for a beginner...shouldn't be professional
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Comments should be used to describe what is being done..use comments as much as possible
Platform:
Should use Visual Basic 6.0. The program should work in Microsoft XP, 2000, and Microsoft in general.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Hi,
Attached is your completed program. Once you've accepted my bid I will send you the VB6 source code and project files. I tried to keep the code as simple as possible.

Woops.. I forgot to implement one of your requirements
'The program must referee and check for illegal moves, and must ignore a player clicking on a square that is already filled (display an message)'
I was ignoring the illegal move but not displaying a message. This new version does.
