When I click a link on the left frame, it will open a form on the right frame. Each form entry should have a link that will take me to a customization page (ie. beside the title box there will be a link. When I click the link, it will take me to a page where I can add/delete/edit entries such as Mr., Ms., etc) Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
