Description:
I run an adult website to which I would like to add a webcam feature. I am open to all suggestions for a solution.
Done so far: Server side. Accepting pictures with user login/pass via HTTP post. FTP is not an option.
To do: Client side. A WIN32 application to capture images from a local webcam and post them to the site. (User must supply a username/password, which the post must include). It can either be a standalone application or, preferrably, an applet which runs in the browser. (Which might be too much of a hassle)
Good performance on low end systems is a must.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installer is optional.
3) Complete distribution copyrights to all work purchased. You may reuse/resell the software for other purposes with different name/company logo.
Platform:
Any Win32 platform. (Win95 optional)
Portability to Mac, Linux and BeOS would be a plus, though I doubt the video APIs will make that easy.
Special Conditions / Other:
Deadline = ASAP ;-)
You must be of legal age for viewing pornographic material in your country. (It runs and must be tested with an adult community site)
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I can have this done in an hour or two in Delphi. All stand-alone, robust & efficient code. Ability to export the images as bitmap or jpeg. Please let me know if you're interested.
