Description:
Design, code, test and document a C++ program that implements two
famous cellular automata: “The Game of Life” and “Langton&'s Loops”.
also include the ability to save and load states
saved state files for a “Glider Gun” and one “Langton&'s Loop”, along
with your source code and write-up.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
