Description:
I require a fully functinal clone of the MSN messenger client that we can rebrand and give to our customers. We need it to be able to do all the functions of the chat and file sending.
In addition to this we require a web page signup facility to where our customers can signup for a hotmail account before downloading the messenger client.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi!
Am pretty new on the site.
I have worked a lot in network monitoring and net data transfer protocols (lots of telephony protocols decoding, widely reverse engineering, etc). I have cloned Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, ICQ Messenger and AOL Messenger, so far.
I have already developed such an application under Delphi.
Here is a small demo with a demo interface, too (check the archive).
It has almost all the features (there are some of them supported by the components but not included into the application). The file transfer will be inserted if you will accept my bid. As long as the job is already done, I assume that we can finish the project pretty quick! Concerning the page for registering, if it is convenient to you to use the default hotmail wizard, it should be already done!
In the previously presented condition this is my bid, and the promise I'll finish the job pretty soon. If you want additional stuff added to the app (voice, video, etc) this should be another price (you cand accept my bid as it is and we will develop an additional advanced module for that, later).

Am ZeroFrozen. Am still interested in finishing that MSN messenger for you. Please tell me why do you hesitate to choose me? I got all the stuff running just to change the layout!
Besides, I wish that app plenitely come through!
If there is a point in my bid you don't like, please tell me to discuss about it!
As you could notice, I offered all my tech support for free, in that MSN matter... I got several other ideeas you might be interested in, regarding the subject!
