Description:
Simple app using “Net Send” No splash pages … just a straight to the point app. Will be placed in a few users startup folder, so has to start minimized. If an Icon is needed/used … something like a “!” would work.
What I need is an item that runs in the system tray … when opened will display a small vertical list of buttons that will send out a, user defined stored, message (using Net send *) to the entire network. Option (check box) on the side/top/bottom that when checked will append/add “This is a drill” to the header (if possible) or first portion of the text.
User defined buttons --(ability to add/delete buttons, ability to label/name button faces uniquely and enter a short message). If the add/delete is difficult/impossible will supply a small list of about 5 predefined button faces/labels … but would still need the ability to edit/store a message linked to that button. And when the button is picked will display a quick confirmation box, “Do you want to send?” and Yes/No choice.
Header of project will be “MSG Network Alert”

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Thank you for inviting me to participate in this bidding.
The application will run in the system tray. On opening it will display the list of the buttons specified in the ini-file. You will be able to change the list of the buttons (add/delete) as well as edit the captions and messages assigned to each button. You can make changes by editing ini-file directly or (if you wish) you will have a simple visual interface for it.
Installation package will place the application into startup folder.
Please send me the default list of the buttons and corresponding messages (you will have it right after installation).
