Description:
What I need is this,
I have a text file abc.txt that contains certain codes, one code per line followed by ";" and a line break e.g.
12345;
678;
6-90-8;
2000-134-086;
And so on
What I need is for the program to read one line from the file at a time and make two text files the path of which I can specify in form of two variables for the two files. Then create the two text files with the same name as the line content that is read from the abc.txt file e.g. two files will be created and saved to different folders names 12345.txt and 678.txt and 6-90-8.txt and 2000-134-086.txt until the end of the original text file is reached. In the first text file that is created for each line in abc.txt the content of the file should also read the same as the name of the file without the txt extension followed by ":" followed by an integar value which can be specified on the form in the form a text box from 1-20000 e.g. 12345:1 or 12345:729, etc, while the second text file needs to contain only ":". This procedure will loop automatically and create all files once the command is given to start the process by specifying the original abc.txt file.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) All work should be in Visual Basic 6.0 Professional Edition.
Platform:
It must run on all 32 Bit Windows esp 98,2000 and XP.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Complete Delivery must be within 3 days or deal is off.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
