Description:
Install Absolute News Manager (http://www.xigla.com/absolutenm/index.htm) into www.maximumsled.com for content management from field editors and contributors.
Categories to be set up per the attached file. Articles can have several photos with thumbnails linking to the full-size photo. Submitted articles would be entered into the SQL database with email notification to the editorial department. Upon checking content and approving, a checkbox is selected which send email notification to the proofing department. Upon approval by proofing, a second checkbox is selected that publishes the article live on the site.
Published articles are indexed and displayed on appropriate section pages with the lastest article from each section appearing automatically at the top of the home page. Each article has a publish date and an expiration date (if necessary). Expired article are automatically archived into the archive section, until they are purged from the database.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in zip file format, as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform specified in this bid request.
3) Installation on web server as specified.
4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Scripts to be installed into existing templates. All graphics and templates will be provided to coder, as well as access to web server for testing and final installation.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
