Description:
First off I am hoping to find someone that has already done one of these and can just copy it but add some functions.
I am trying to start up a site that is an the same as
the example websites.
www.jobnet.com.au
www.seek.com.au
I am looking for a similar job search database with the below features. I already have people doing the graphical design but they have no database experience.
1. Advanced job search box, where you can sort database of jobs by criteria: date jobs added; keywords; job category; state; country etc.)
2. Join and login area for both 'Job Seekers' & 'Employees'. Username and password is provided directly online.
3. Site Administrator, personal Login. Work with core Editing features, which are: Users | Job Categories | Sendmail to your users (ideal to send an email to either all job Seekers, or all Employees at once). Like a mailist/bulk email feature.
4. Site administrator (you, your staff ) can approve or delete awaiting job advertisements posted by Job Seekers.(your discretion)
5. 'Job Seekers' can post their resume online for 'Employers' to utilise and look at.
6. Sql Database designed to store everything required for programming to function.
7. Help (info only) on how to incorporate something like this into a emerchant system so eventually employers or employees would pay for the service.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Possibile cost for ongoing support of the database. a time and materials charge.
5) I am looking to have this done within the next 4-6 weeks.

ASP, Vb-Script, JavaScript
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 15, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Basically a copy of the databases of the websites mentioned.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi,
We are starting in RAC and hence we are looking at the feedback and rating more than price. Anyway, BID amount can be negotiated, if needed. Currently we have 4 projects for RAC buyers. One of them is a Job Search site that includes the database and functions you require. Though the site is currently under construction, you can visit some pages at www.joblinecanada.com/site. Please, consider that most of the pages are not finished and waiting for the text and graphic content to be provided by the owners. We didn't do the current under construction home page. At this step in the project, the Employer and Jobseeker registration and login - logout systems are nearly finished (they can be used carefully) and we're working on the information edit and jobs and resumes posting. Again, if you visit this site, please, be careful and take into account that the site is strictly under construction. My estimation is that the site will be finished in around 2 weeks.
