Description:
The purpose of this module is to let people request information on a certain product / service. The module will gather the appropriate information from a user and send it to the site or the supplier in order to get that information. The module will be a postnuke module and will cooperate with oscommerce in order to select products automatically.
The visitor will be visiting the website. On this website there will be a services and a shop section. Both the services and shop will have products and services offered by our site. If the user is interested in one of these services then the user should be able to click on a link that leads to the Request page in a new browser window. On this new page the user should be able to fill out the required information (like name, company, email address, etc.) and request the kind of information that the user wants about that product. For example a user might want to request a demo, a brochure or ask to have our company contact them.
After the visitor has filled out this information, the information is send via email to a specified number of email addresses. Emails will be sent to the visitor, the company and the owner of the service/product. For each kind of email standard messages should exist. These settings should be configurable in the admin section.
A small requirement speficiation is attached as a document
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) All requirements in the attached specification

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
