Description:
I am looking for an entire website design. Don't know what programming language to use but what ever would be most efficient in transfer rates.
This site will consist (for now) of a:
Home page
Member page
Join page
Advertiser page
Admin page
A page that each member can promote as their own
I can do most of the design/ front end.
I need someone for the back end. (db, affiliate tracking, stats, etc.)
UPDATE: Thanks everyone for the bids so far. I've looked over the bids and portfolios and since you are giving me good prices, I would like to take the design work out of my hands as well. So now I would like to extend the initial bid to a complete turnkey setup.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Hope to have it up and running by the first of the year.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
