Hi,
I consider myself to be an expert in Java Programming. I have a skeleton of an application that can do just this using Packet protocol. It can be expanded to fill this need, or it can be modified to use sockets. I can have this completed for you within the allotted time if you accept my bid quickly.
I pay close attention to coding standards and commenting and I consider the quality of my work to be a point of pride.
If what you want is for a client application and server application, I can do this. But if you want a client applet, I cannot as there is a lot more work getting the security to work.
I hope to work with you on this one.
Kind Regards, Avi
