Should have two levels of sign in, one administrator and the other a user. The user can only view schedules and request an appointment. Appointments can be assigned a category which can then be associated with a particular color. Provide ability to define block off times and dates so that appointments can't be scheduled during these times. Application should be skinnable. Daily view/monthly view and weekly view. Must be developed in .NET platform. Provide a user interface for adding and changing schedule via the browser as well as allowing user to maintain the list of categories and resources. Provide web service interface so that schedule can be updated via an XML call. Provide a method to request an appointment which can then be responded to and approved. The approval process should send an email back to the requester indicating that their appointment has been approved. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
