The table contains a picture let's say 300x300 pixel. Upon page load or a specified time thereafter a menu picture (size, type and source to be specified in var section) should slide in from the edge of the table and stay for a specified time. (the type could be gif, jpeg or flash) A handle needs to stay visible all the time in a specified color and size (i.e. 5 or 6 pixels) with a text of a few characters. The amount of pixels per step move and the speed should be specified in the var section. A cookie will govern if the slide-in menu should be shown once per session or per 24 hour. Should be able to indicate in var section if slide-in should come from top, left, right or bottom. There are plenty of free scripts out there but I need some clever person to tweak the above to my spec. This spec cover about 95%. More precise spec will be provided. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
