Description:
Hello,
We require a new flash site done for our website www.pronexus-ng.com . We have had it done before but the coder who did it was not up to scratch se we need it done again.
The content of the old flash site is what will be used for the new flash site SO PLEASE VIEW IT BEFORE BIDDING.
We have attached the old flash files as well as a file called PRONEXUS.doc to show you an idea of what we need. We do not need any graphics (photo) in the flash. Please see http://www.freeservers.com/ for an example of the structure and design we would like the site to be.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Coder must be available for chat room discussion about project as work progresses.
Delivery deadline must be strictly adhered to as no extensions will be awarded.
Coder must provide work updates so we can view work done and make corrections where necessary.

This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Some comments/questions:
-www.pronexus-ng.com cannot be found. I suppose you mean ww.pronexus.com? But the Flash files on that site aren't the same as the ones attached.
-If you are talking about the Flash on www.pronexus.com, an you tell me what is wrong with it? What would needs to be changed?
-The document attached is empty. It only contains a logo.
