Description:
A front end to a payroll time tracking system for non-exempt hourly employees.
The program requirements are:
Must be done in Visual Basic 6.0
• Does not save data to a database (this will happen in Advanced VB).
• Is well labeled.
• Is tested.
• Has an input field for the date, which is automatically filled but can be overwritten.
• Has an input field for a social security number. The social security number is checked against 5 valid values and then brings up the name of the employee or an error message.
• Allows for 6 in and out times within the day (6 pairs of input fields). In other words, the employee can check in and out 6 times.
• Has an input field for hours of sick leave taken that day (2 decimal positions).
• Has an input field for hours of personal leave taken that day (2 decimal positions).
• Does not allow the employee to have more than 8 hours of actual working hours if sick leave or personal leave is taken that day.
• Has a “submit” button.
• Full screen editing can occur until the “submit” button is clicked.
• After the “submit” button is clicked, the hours worked that day are displayed.
• After the “submit” button is clicked, the pay for that day is displayed. Pay rate is $10.00/hour. Time and a half is paid for overtime (more than 8 hours).
• After the “submit” button is clicked, a password field appears. The correct password, which is “UOP”, allows full screen editing again.
• Cannot be crashed.

Professional VB Programmer

Hey i have already done like 3 different verisons of this program before for 3 different people here on rentacoder. I also have all the other programs for this class completed and very well written for that the 3 people I have helped they have received A's on all of their programs that were completed by me. I will sell you a modified verison of one of these programs i'm including. I have to make sure that you teacher wasn't one of the same teachers that have already graded some of the programs i have written in the past. If you would like me to send you versions of all the programs that you have to do for this class you could set up a private one-on-one bid for me and will sell all of the programs to you for a one-lump sum, which will be alitte cheaper then submitting individual bids for all the rest of your programs. Please take alook at the included demos and test it out I believe all the passwords are OUP and test data for SSN's i think stuff like this would work 111-11-1111.

Let me know if this bid price is good for you. I helped these students get an A on this program.

I'm an Professional VB programmer. I have designed several VB Applications, Functions, and minor code snipplets to add to and existing program. You can have look over my ratings to check all that out if you would like to. I have taking 3 Visual Basic Classes in college with the last one being Advanced VB6 which was a Graduate Level class that I passed with an A. I always just good standard programming style and methods. By using this style it makes the code easier to read, understand, and debug if any errors occur. You will be able to tell what kind of data is stored in each variable and how its being used.

  1. I always use Option Explicit.
  2. Declare all variables.
  3. Use Proper Naming Conventions.
  4. Use Code Indentation (3 spaces).
  5. Add error checking

Thanks,
        Randy
