Dear Sir,
I have read your requirements and I think it will not be a problem. I do have several questions, though.
The TreeView component is to display tables within .mdb file. Should it also have several mdb files as root items, as user opens them? Do you wish table add / delete features?
The ListView shows individual records within selected table, or just table fields? In first case, is there a reason not to use DBGrid instead of ListView?
Anything else?
My price would be $120 but I'm posting this as a comment until you provide the exact specifications. Provided I get final specs quickly I can finish this for you by the deadline.
I am an experienced Delphi programmer (learned Windows GUI programming with Delphi 2 back in '96). I have completed several Delphi jobs on this site; latest one was 20 hours technical support for an old customer. If you have a moment take a look at our team's ratings, you will like it.

Hello again,
Few more questions:
Data from maintable is to be moved around from one folder to another, but never copied so same item cannot appear in two folders?
'Root's subfolders are from Addfolder table only from program_name, posebay.' Does this mean I should create only subfolders from values of 'Folders' field that are in rows with program_name value 'POSEBAY'? User created folders should be stored in same place or only in Folder field in maintable? I would prefer first approach in case maintable gets large.
I don't see user '5000' in Addfolder table but it is there in Set_account_Information. So if there is no info for a user in addfolder, should I add to it those four subfolders (Inbox etc.) to addfolder table?
There is no 'Add item' feature, and I suppose you don't want it.
Time is short, and I will start working on this now with what I know for sure. I am confident that I can finish it by the deadline, provided there are no too much additional requests later. But I will need you to answer these questions quickly and be available on email if I should have more questions.
