Description:
We require a very good programmer\web developer to develop a fully functional site to be done in php frontend and MySQL backend with the following features:
1\ Application Form: A web page with an online account application for taking applications from prospective clients of a finance house.
2\ Account Login: An online access \ login page for a clients to enter their account and passwords to access their account.
3\ Control Panel: A control panel for the site administrator to login, do any maintainance and updates.
The whole site should not exceed twenty pages

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
The successful bidder must provide daily updates as well as allow for buyer tesing and input as work prgresses.
The site built must conform to the design features and functionalities of sample site provided by buyer.
The database used for this project must be designed with a slf-installing script for ease of installation.
Coder must adhere strictly to delivery deadlines.
Failure to do this will warrant our withdrawal of the acceptance of their bid.

This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
