(i think it would be best to make activex control like .ocx or email me what you would prefer like activex dll or activex exe if using the visual basic) just build a simple activex object that can be downloaded via the browser. this is how it works...... -------------------------------------------------------- user visits website http://www.somesite.com and this page has link to this object , ie user would click on this hyperlink and the object is downloaded to his computer. (this is how activex objects work) (if you have any questions please email) Now all this object has to do is present the user with a simple text boxes for inputting two numbers and the click a button for "add" and result is the sum of the two number. or click another button and result displayed is the IP address or the computername of the host computer. that's it. you can do development via visual basic 6.0 or visual c++ also 6.0. i need the source files ,all source code needs to be commented to better understand the source code. also briefly provide the steps you took when building this project on the visual basic or c++ (6.0 please) ---------------------------------------------------------- Implement it into a web page using the OBJECT tag, the activeX downloads automatically if the user accepts it. Assume that the security options in the browser allow the activex object to be downloaded and executed. ----------------------------------------------- Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
