The system will be written in VB6 with section for parameters where the user can determine the database used. This database will be Access or MySql or Microsoft SQL server and selected via a radio button. The system will have clearly identified within a security file settings for no of concurrent users, no of companies. There will be an area where users can add fields to a screen so they can store additional information if required. there will be a simple screen layout facility. This option will also be made available/unavailable via a code setting. All reports will be available via a report generator. The report generator will also be available / unavailable via a code setting. The system will be added to later and the successful bidder will be given the opportunity to add other facilities on a chargeable basis and undertake special bespoke modifications. The system will include flexible period settings and period end routines, user friendly installation and interface and it's own backup facility. for those unfamiliar with accounts we are prepared to explain the facilities required. The system must be professional, robust, multi user, user friendly and easy to install.
