Here are a list of Specific features that I want: 1) Multiple Address books 2) Support for Extensive number of fields per Contact (Like MS Outlook or PIMEX at http://www.pimexonline.com) 3) Appointments, Calendar and Reminder Support 4) Daily Notes 5) Mail Merge 6) Phone Number Dialing 7) Envelope, Label and Mail Merged Document Printing 8) Multiple Diaries (Password Protected) 9) Email to individual or list with customiztion with database fields. 10) Tray Icon to easily access most common functions (Address Book, Diary, Notes, Calendar) as well as the application about form. 11) Import data from CSV files and Windows Address Book (WAB). Also export to CSV format PIMEX 1.08 at http://www.pimexonline.com is a good example. The backend should be BDE based, also you do need to provide a help file and relevant documentation.
