My name is Christopher
Reason and I am a Microsoft Certified Professional specializing in Visual Basic
Applications. I have over 3 years experience with Visual Basic. I would like you
to consider me as your coder for this project. I have a strong understanding of
utilizing both Visual Basic drag and drop, which is a very simplified
"simulation" of drag and drop, and also a good understanding of OLE
Drag and Drop where there is no simulation, but actual dropping of object.
By this
explanation, what I mean is that using simulated drag and drop in VB (very
simple code utilized for this) you click and drag a picture, change the mouse
icon to show that the user has a hold on the smiley face and then on the
mouse up event, the picture is redrawn in the place where the user dropped
it. This is very simple, and quite convincing to do. OLE Drag and Drop is
significantly more complicated as, programmatically, you are actually moving the
Smiley face from one spot to another.
I would be offering you simple,
simulated drag and drop for you project, I would be able to complete your
project in a matter of just a few hours upon acceptance of my bid, and will give
you complete source code for what you are asking with full, and detailed
comments to describe each step. As it sounds like you are wanting to learn drag
and drop and not necessarily how to program tic tac toe, I will not be offering
any slick features for the game itself, just for the actions of drag and drop.
Now if you
are really wanting the game, I will be happy to give you some slick features to
enhance the game at the same bid price as I am offering you now. Thank you for
taking the time to consider my bid, and I hope that we can do business soon.
Take care, and have a good day.
