Description:
I am looking for programmer who are experienced with community site using any open source software like postnuke,EZ200, etc .. I already maintain 2 other community site where I use custom application but now I dont have enough budget so looking for open source developer.
Attached file has all requirements, I have seen all mods on Postnuke site but if you think you can give me a better solution let me know. I like PHP/Mysql combination.

I want it simple like this design .. Not too much stuff on frontpage.
This is a ongoing project so I can pay you later for extra work.
