The program will be created in ASP/PHP (preferably ASP) The program will have the following stipulations: 1. A student must log-in to the system. 2. The student can then make alterations to a document (any format) that was uploaded by the lecturer. (An upload feature is required for lecturer). 3. Up to 4 students (1 group) can make changes to the document - any changes made will be recorded so that the lecturer can see who made what alterations. The students (group) have a deadline with which to do the assessment (decided by the lecturer). 4. The idea of the system is that students mark each others work when the deadline has passed. The marks given are then sent to a database for example where they can be analysed by the lecturer. The lecturer is then able to assess not only the students answers but also the accuracy of their marking - a vital Higher Education skill. When marking, students give marks out of 10 in the following catergories: a) Research b) Individuals contribution c) Document overall d) + 2 others Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
