Description:
I am in need of a movie review website (new video releases and new movies) i should be able to write reviews all movies to the lists, must be able to have a 10 top list for movies and another one for new releases. I am hoping it will have the features of http://www.cinemaclock.com and http://www.rottentomatoes.com/
people should be able to search for actors then it will display all their movies released, should be able to write comments to any movie (but the admin has to approve the comment before it is posted)
- Should have a rating system where people can rate the movie.
- should have a easy to use interface (professional like) must have a white background or a light shade.
- must have a forum where people can talk about movies
- must have a movie type design theme. Maybe film roll in it and stuff.
a few more things will be submitted after the bid is completed. (minor details)
this auction is form the server scripting and full ownership of the code.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. (Will be able to test the product before releasing ANY funds.)
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I must be able to test it.
I would prefer it be done in php / mysql
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
