I need someone who can convert the files to another format if needed, but most importantly I want the user to click a play button or a text link and here the sound byte while not opening up a new page. I would approach this problem by providing you with a Flash file (.swf) that acts as a sound player, with Play/Stop buttons. Very simple, you just provide me the sound file and I'll make the player for you and provide you with the HTML code to embed it in your web page.
