Description:
I have 35 small (Approx 50 KB) .mp3 sound bytes. I want visitors to my website to be able to click a button, or a link and here the file. When they click the link now, a new window opens up and a quick time applet plays the file.
I need someone who can convert the files to another format if needed, but most importantly I want the user to click a play button or a text link and here the sound byte while not opening up a new page.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Hi there-
My name is Luke and I am a web and graphic designer. I would approach this problem by providing you with a Flash file (.swf) that acts as a sound player, with Play/Stop buttons. Very simple, you just provide me the sound file and I'll make the player for you and provide you with the HTML code to embed it in your web page. Flash plugin is installed on 99% of browsers, so this is the way to go.
Fell free to view my rating and feedback; I do only professional work. Thank you-
