Description:
Deliverables: Print Out of Source Code, Disks with source code, and Disks with executables
Purpose: To use all that you have learned in CPGM 31X2 and demonstrate it through this project.
Outline: To program software for an ABM. Given a database of users, you must construct an ABM that is able to withdraw, deposit, and get an account history.
The ABM Terminal will print out receipts and account history. Your ABM terminal will keep track of its health and only disable what it needs to keep functioning.
The banks DB will look like this:
User Table· AccountID (Primary Key)· First Name· Last Name· Password· Balance· Daily Limit· Active· Last Transaction Account History Table· TransactionID (Primary Key)· AccountID (Foreign Key)· Transaction Type· Amount· Transaction Date· TransactionOK
Your ABM will have the following features · Area to enter account number/password · Only 3 tries to enter in password before account is disabled · Withdraw from Account · Deposit to Account · Option to print receipt · Out of Service Screen · Keep track of amount in depositor · Operator Form for ABM Diagnostics o Disable Card Reader o Disable Receipt Printer o Disable Cash Dispenser o Disable Depositor o Disable Bankbook Printer o Check ABM Balance o Change ABM Balance
Your ABM will have the following behavior · Will only dispense denomination of 20&'s · When user withdraws money, the ABM balance will decrease · When user deposits, the depositor balance will increase · ABM will not dispense more than the daily limit per a user · If an error arises with the ABM, a sequential file is written to log it.
