Description:
To get a more detialed description, a programmer will have to agree, via an email they reply to, not to disclose the information.
Basically, we need 2 scripts. First one must be fast and accurate. It will display, using a list of URL's in a file, a different web page each time it is run - the next page in line in the display list. It will keep count and place, and record a few pieces of information in a data file.
The second script, will generate a web page that displays some information from the data file.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
NT or linux unix server.
HTML output compatible with Netscape and IE.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Configuration info that might change from site to site, like the path to the display list, should be in a configuration file or configuration section.
follow the instructions in the attached agreement.zip file.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
