Description:
I have a simple HTML website which is intended for shareware written by South African students. I want a facelift for this site in order to try and commercialize it. I would prefer someone with graphics/art talent who can possibly redo the logo (if necessary) and who can brainstorm with me about a new idea and how to advertise it on the site.
I would like to see examples of websites done by interested bidders in order to decide. After selecting a web page designer, I will make full details available. The site consists of about 8 HTML pages and makes use of cascaded style sheets.The site was done using tables.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional web pages (+ possible graphic designs) as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
HTML running on UNIX server, designed for Internet Explorer.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I will decide on coder by having a look at examples of his/her previous work.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
