Description:
We need a Logo and Mascot for a new site we are creating.
The site name is Hotlib.com and the url is http://www.hotlib.com
You will see some graphics here, but we gonna redo it later with
the great Logo and Mascot you create for us.
Hotlib.com is a online download library, and we need a great
Logo/Mascot that visitors never will forget, and that will help
us making Hotlib.com the most popular download site on the Net :-)
The Logo might contain the Mascot in some way, and the Mascot could be some kind of a nice, funny cartoon.
The Mascot should be made in several positions, where it is
pointing up-down-left-right, smile, talk, walk, sit, laying down,
thumb up, thumb down, etc, etc... so we have several to choose
from for different situations and future needs.
And if we should need any special thing done in the future
you should be available to help us.
I.e. If we give a software title a Gold Award, we probably would
use the "Thumb Up Mascot" on that page ...
...And a real bad title might even get a "Thumb Down Mascot"
If we have a special offer, we might use the "Pointing Mascot"...
Get the idea ..?
We also need the logo and/or mascot as a 16x16 favicon.ico and also as 32x32 icon.
All images delivered in .psd, .jpg, .gif and transparent .gif format.
We prefer bright color scheme for both Logo and Mascot.
IMPORTANT: You MUST show us your ideas, how you will make
our logo / mascot. This is important since we will not accept
your bid if we don't have a clue what you gonna do...
So, make some simple samples, and show us in your bid ...
If you also could throw in a great slogan or motto,
you will be a step ahead the other coders ...
If you get this project, and do a great job, we probably want you to design some banners, award and rating images, etc ...
... But that's next thing todo... First thing first :-)
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
