Description:
This is phase 1 of a multi-phase project to implement a dynamic web-site for a property management company.
In phase 1, the main objective is to have very eye-catching yet conservative graphics (Navigation buttons, color scheme, look + feel , the Flash for the main page, and possibly a smaller Flash to be used as a logo)
The background is white.
You can look at www.charlesdunn.com.
From a functionality and overall standpoint, our site will be very similar to CharlesDunn. However, we will have less Navigation keys on the left hand side:

The functionality will be similar to CharlesDunn.com However, we need more attractive "navgation buttons", and we need a flash that will be eye-catching. The flash will be dissolving pictures of high-rise buildings (pictures will be supplied). Pictures will dissolve over eachother with each picture pausing for a few seconds. Any other "good visual effects" will be considered.
We need music to also be associated with Flash. (music will be supplied)
Prefer site to be in FrontPage (not a must).
In Phase 2, we will add database connectivity, ...That will be a seperate bid
Demos are required prior to selection.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Please submit Flash demo, and navigation demos.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

1. yes you will;
2. till at some point it is possible to combine them. The resulting length is unpredictable but usual is quite the same (that depends too on your background verry much)
3. we will do our best to better integrate the parts you're suplying
4. of course changes can be done

verry important: as we see you want lots of changes made this means that we cannot preddict the time for feedback but we can assure you that we will be as fast as possible (our team is invoved in two verry big projects - verry well paid also and we can not lose any second) Your custon needs could lead too to an other price (but not necessarily will) cause for now we can not know what your full project contains.

The two ones that made the templates you choosed are willing to cooperate with you to customize the template.
They will not work on our projects till nov 9 so they are free to help you.

You can't use FrontPage as far as i know. Please verify if it accepts the .fla extention.
We can provide you maintenance for changing those texts.
We can do phase II also but at a later time.

yes of course i can provide you the tool (Macromedia Flash MX)
as i previous told you our bid is 150$ - the price depends on what do you realy want to do with that page.
We will start immediatly but we can not preddict the end time till we can not estimate what you are asking.
If you are in doubt pls don't choose our bid cause we dont want to make problems- as i see you are in a verry hurry. We will do our best to get the job done (even if it means not to sleep at night) but we cannot do miracles.
