Email Poll to recipient, getting results in Access DB:

Description:
This is very simple, here's the sequence:
- First, the e-mail is blasted to recipients (*Don't worry they all accept
HTML emails*)
- Inside the e-mail simple questions sometimes 5-7 (*see attached image of
the poll*).
- Recipiants click on the answer they want to submit, then click on "Submit"
button.
- The page that's hosted renders the string and submits the form and spits
out the results. (*This can be a nice bar graph of all the stats*) with a
"Thank you for submitting the Poll"
- If the user just clicks on the submit button and has not picked an answer
they are directed to A Hosted version of the Poll along with a message
"Sorry but you did not select an answer for this poll" at this point they
can submit the poll again. (*No need to go back to the email to submit
the poll*)
- I do not need an admin portion I just need those functionalities incorporated
into a nice little html page that I can email to rec.
- I must request that the code be neatly commented and will need to see some
source code you worked on.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

ASP, Access DB, and HTML of course
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

| Hey this sounds like a pretty easy job for me to complete. I'm a really good asp programmer and i know how to do something like this. You can take a look at the included script to see how my programming sytle is.
