I don't have PERL on my computer, or I'd write a little script to extract them. And the file is too big for me to move it to my computer that DOES have PERL. Can you write something in VB (or whatever) to extract all the emails from this file and write them to a logfile? Please put a couple dropdown boxes on the app so I can determine both the name/location of the file to extract FROM and the name/location where the logfile will go TO. Thanks! HOWEVER I have a DELPHI program I wrote a while ago to view the contents of DBX files and dump individual messages out to file. I could get that to dump out the info you want for all messages in a DBX to a text file.
