Description:
This is my third bid as the first two has been a failure. So I hope this time the work gets done!
I need someone to help me build a job search program. Similar to www.bcjobs.net or www.itjobs.net but starting with a smaller scale.
If you really know you can do it in a short time, and I really mean if you are 100% confident you can do the job, you can put a bid on this otherwise please dont waste yours and my time.
I would prefer coldfusion or asp for front-end and sql for the back end.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

windows 2000, sql2000 or sql 7
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Dec 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

We are looking for that elusive start in RAC and hence we are looking at the feedback and rating more than price.
We are a small company with 4 people and 6 years experience in programming and design. I would be much grateful if you take a moment and review our online resume.
I can't figure what were your problems with previous bids, but I'm absolutely sure we can build a site like www.bcjobs.net or www.itjobs.net.
Please, let me know what are the features you'd like to include in this stage and which ones you don't (as you said we'll be starting with a smaller scale).
We can code it in ASP using SQL Server, as we do regularly.
We never left a job unfinished neither a client not satisfied!. Then, you won't pay us if we don't provide what you requested in a timely manner.
