Description:
I need a class in vb.net that can comunicate with either the parallel port; usb, or serial port so that I can connect a relay or relays via a small circuit to the computer. I have already built the circuit on the following web page: http://circuits.epanorama.net/circuits/parallel_output.html but am struggling with coding it in vb.net on a xp professional box; mainly due to direct port access problems. If there is other directions over and above the code, is also fine.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Any installation instructions needed
