Description:
I want a program that can cover the entire desktop. This program needs to be able to draw when you hold down the left mouse button and clear the screen with the right. This drawing pad needs to be transparent so that everthing on the desktop can be seen.
Addendem for all, I need the programs under neath to be running, for instance I am playing a movie or tv show and want to be able to illustrate on top of it while it is running.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

A demo version of I believe the programm you are looking for. If you decide to take the full version, it will be a full screen version. It also will clear the screen if you press the right mouse button instead of exiting.
You will get a complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
