Description:
When a patient arrives, the receptionist will give a grade (or a priority number) between 1 and 5 according to the patient&'s urgency of need. The higher the grade, the more urgency there is. Then the receptionist will insert the patient's name, the grade and the arrival time into a list. When the doctor becomes available the patient with the highest grade in the list goes in to see the doctor. If more than one patient are with the same grade, the patient who arrived earlier than the other patients with the same grade in that list will see the doctor. When a patient sees the doctor, the time will be recorded (to use for the end of day statistics), and the patient&'s name will be removed from the list. Occasionally, a patient will leave before he/she is called, and his/her record will be removed from the list when he/she does not answer.
At the end of the day, the receptionist will request a display of statistics for that day's list. It will show:
total number of patients who came
total number of patient seen by the doctor
average wait time for those who were seen
average wait time for those who were seen for each grade (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5)
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
