Description:
Basically an internet Chatter. The program is available at www.planet-source-code.com ( Multi Client Server-Chat by Poi WeiChao. I need this program to be modified so as to meet my project requirements. The most important part is that I need this latest by November 5th, so as to meet my deadline. I would have loved to do this on my own, and will revisit it again after my term is over, but for the moment because of time constraints ( work & other projects) cannot spare the time now. I have included a zipped file to explain the requirements of my project.( doc file & read me files need to be opened first)

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
All the requirements are mentioned in the doc file. It should work in Windows NT environment & Unix

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

hi there,
I checked the existing code and the project specifications.
What you need is far more than the existing code so I'd rather start everything from scratch. I have experience in creating professional chat applications (server/client) so this one will be very easy.
I will complete it in maximum one day and then another day for the comments, documentation, explainations and stuff.
all will be coded as simple as possible and in the most professional possible way.
and just to prove that, please check my ratings : I was rated only 10 and I am coder number 17 in rentacoder top.
