Description:
Parking Garage Toll Charge...A system in which you pay for your parking
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I need the *.cpp file and this is for a Beginner's C++ class, so the code needs to be written appropriately.
A parking garage charges $1.50 minimum fee to park for up to three hours. For each hour, or part thereof, in excess of three hours, the garage charges an additional $0.50. The maximum for any 24 hour period is $10.00. You may assume that no car parks for longer than a 24 hour period.
Write a program that calculates and displays the charges for each of three customers who parked their cars in the parking garage yesterday. The program should then call a separate function, calculateCharges(...), which accepts as its single parameter, hours parked, and then calculates and returns the charges for the number of hours parked. Once the program calls calculateCharges(...) "for each customer" (saving the value returned each time called), it should display the results in a neat tabular form. It should then calculate and display the total of yesterday's parking receipts. Thus your displayed outputs should look something like this for example:
Car Hours Charge 1 1.5 1.50 2 4.0 2.00 3 24.0 10.00 TOTAL 29.5 13.5
(Please make it neat)
