Description:
I require a logo\banner done (.gif) with the dimensions 856x95 pixels. I have provided a sample background for the banner I require (see attached file blue_bg.gif). The banner must have a similar background as the blue_bg.gif sample provided
and should be done in the green (green.gif) and white. See sample of green colour in the attached files (green1.gif).
Also, I need the top bar (see sample top_bar.gif) re-done in another shade of green. Please use the attached sample of colour (green2.gif) to be used for this top bar. The top bar dimensions is 846x28 pixels.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
All work must be submitted to buyer for approval and input before final production. Any deadlines must be adhered to strictly.
