Description:
I need a programmer that is well versed in SMTP that can write an email delivery program. Program must be able to send out high volumes of mail. Email text must be able to be sent in text or html (depending on clients mail client capabilities) with merging capabilities in the body of the text with variables from a database file. Program must be able to process large files of email addresses for each message. I would like to have capabilities to set the BCC but want high delivery rates with no BCC or CC's as well. I need the program to send out over 1.5 million emails (mixed domains) per day per computer. I would prefer a desktop application that can be used on a dialup or lan connection. Would also like the program to be able to load a file of relay servers to mail through if desired. Needs to be able to deliver emails at high speed past ISP filters and be received in the inbox (not junk mail folders). These are all optin lists but do to high volume I have been having problems with certain isp's classifying mail as "junk". would also like clients to be able to track email delivery success to see how many people actually read the email. I also would like a program that can deliver more than one message a time to each recipient. For example, I have a list of 50,000 and two clients want different ads sent to the same list. I want to deliver both ads at one time instead of having to run the list twice. I would love it if this could bypass the need for port 25 (using winsock?) but that can be developed as we go. Not critical at this time. Oh yeah, program needs to log deliverables and undeliverables. Would like list cleaning capabilities to purge undeliverables at end of job. Need project done ASAP!! If I find the right programmer I will use you repeatedly as the need to modify the software arises. I also have other projects I would like done if I can find an competent programmer that works well with my organization.
Only the most competent need apply. I need someone who knows this technology well and can finish the job quickly.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

| I have already made such a project. It uses SMTP relaying to deliver large volumes of mail to a mailing list, the same way as an smtp server does. So it does not require another external smtp server. It is multithreaded allowing you to use as many as 50 threads to send mail. It has got a builtin DHTML editor allowing you to send HTML mail and it supports attactments. I can remake/modify the above mentioned project to suit your needs.
