I need the following 1. Sits in the system tray and detects net connection 2. On connection detection it queries a web page at frequent intervals and finds out if a new project is available or not 3. If no connection it shows a graphic , If connection is available it shows another graphic, If new project is available it will show a blinking graphic. 4. On clicking on the blinking graphic the URL for the project shall be opened. 5.Small file size. Aesthetically appealing GUI and coded to industrial standards. 6.User can select sound file for alert( example the user may want to play his favourite tune instead of the default sound). 7. I want to be able to maybe be able to ad different banners in the GUI (This not a must but would like this feature. 8 I need to know how long it will take for you to complete the project and also beaware our website is on a linux server so ASP is not supported. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
