Description:
The project is a website which will work in a similar way to www.experts-exchange.com i.e. it is a discussion list where users submit and answer questions and points
(or money) are traded for doing so.
I am looking for a good, experienced coder to provide the necessary programming in either PHP or Perl and using either SQL server, my SQL or Access to make the site fully functional.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Old deadline: 28th. February 2003.
New extended deadline: March 13, 2003.

Platform:
windows server - should work in all 3+ browsers.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Regarding BID amount, it can be discussed and finalised.
We can code your site using PHP and MySQL or using ASP and MS SQL Server (or Access, as a cheaper alternative). If you're going to deploy your site on a Windows server, the best choice is ASP and SQL Server, that are proper to Windows. If you're going to use a Linux server, then the choice is PHP and MySQL. We can discuss about this concern before a decision is made.
I read your spec and there's no problem at all to finish this project succesfully.
