Description:
I need a program tha will allow me to send files in a user friendly manner to to clients.
The program will operate as follows:
1. Will allow a user to select multiple files in an extremely user friendly way, (I suggest that the program utilizes the windows explorer and the user right clicks the mouse and selects an "Add to File Distribution"
2. The user then is prompted for a job or client name, which when selected the program creates a sub-directory under a common file distribution catalogue directory.
3. The user is then prompted for a security password, if provided this will then be the key for the file to be encrypted and if no password is keyed in no encryption will tak place.
4. When the user has selected the files to be sent to the client, the program will then copy the relevant file into the new job/name directory along with a file unload program for the client to use.
5. the job/name subdirectory will then be burnt to a CD or emailed to the client. The files in the job.name directory will have an autorun file (for the CD)so when the client inserts the Cd the unload program is automatically run.
6. When the client receives the CD or email the simply run the unload.
7. The unload program should run an embedded powerpoint slide whish is created by the client which will contain the Company Logo and a description. Tere should also be an option for the client to nominate the destination directory for the files to be unloaded to and an option to print out the list ing of files (This should also be displayed on the screen.
If this can be done to run in a web browser it would be great, if not it is still ok.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
