Description:
I am looking to take Screen shots or images and text and print them to a Word Doc and Adobe Distiller…
1. Create a VB6 Program that will load normal images or take screen shots..
2. Allow a user to add notes about the image in a text box.
3. When a user presses a “Print Button” have the images and text go to a Word Doc and Adobe Distiller.. Give the user an option of which one.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Greetings!
Yours is quite a straight-forward requirement.
We could have a form that lets you select a picture from your hard drive OR lets you do a screen capture. Then lets you add some text/description for the image. Finally when the 'Print' button is pressed it saves the image and text to a Word file or a PDF file.
I could give you a demo of saving to a word file right away. But I will need a little time to try sending it to a PDF.
