Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
All version of MS Windows (NT 4.0, NT 2000, XP, ME,98
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Oct 25, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Complete project must be completed by 10/25/2002.
All requirements are listed in the Project1VB.zip attached file.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Just a few questions
This seems to be a class project, do I need to follow any guidelines set forth by your class?
It appears that there will need to be some data stored. How is it to be stored? Access, SQL Server, XML Files?
If you accept the bid now I will have the project back to you in 24 hours or less. (If you can responde promptly to the occassional email and answer the questions I have above.)

I have opened the project and run it already. There are discrepencies in the format of some of the forms, tab orders, widths not lining up, real estate management. These are some of the things I would correct.
But if you insist, I will use those items, although I would recommend against it.
Time is progressing.
