Description:
What I need is a webpage which will let players enter information into a form, and then a text file will be generated in a \users\ directory on the webserver) using that information.
You can use whatever web language is appropriate as long as it gets the job done.
When players sign up, the form should ask them for the following information
Codename
Password
Email Address
Age
Location
Short Description
All feilds should just be single line text input.
Spaces should not be allowed in any feilds except for the Location & Short Description
When the users submits the information, it should be output to a file with the same as the players codename & ".txt" (in a directory \users\). First it should check if that file already exists, and if it it does, don't overwrite a file, but dislpay an error explaining that username is already in use.
The user files should use the following format:
codename:thecodename
password:thepassword
email:emailaddress
age:age
location:location
description:description
date & time (the last line of the file must say the date and time the file was created)
Lastly...
-It must check that all feilds are filled in with information, and display a message if they are not complete
-It must check the age is numeric, the format of the email address is realistic, and the codename and passwords contain only letters and numbers.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
