Description:
We need a program which lists a collection of over 800+ txt files.(we will need to be able to add documents ourselves and then recompile) Users need to be able to search these small text files by their titles, and then when double clicked , the text file will come up in a text box. There needs to be a command key that will then copy the document to the clipboard. On the top, there will be a space for a graphic. We need a procedure which looks at the computer date because the graphics that are shown will depend on the date. As we will need to change this procedure, it needs to be well documented.
Application must be written in Visual basic 6, as we will need to be able to recompile it with different graphics. Even those it is a very straight forward program ,it is vitally important that the program looks professional and is VISUALLY APPEALING .Must also be 100% bug free
The program will contain a link to a web site, so when this link is pressed, the clients browser needs to start up.
Finally after program is closed, a page needs to come up for say 10 seconds before closing. Also when programs starts, a page with space for a graphic needs to come up first. There also needs to be a page for help instructions and a page that can hold a text files for other information.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4.Also as the program will also be on a cd, it needs to be able to install from CD .
5.Must have legal warning before installing, which users must tick. We will supply text file. (legal.txt)

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I have thoroughly read your request, and am certain that I can complete it exactly as you request. About those .txt files... I would like to implement a simple database-like(but very simple) system, so that you could add .txt files even without recompiling! I'd also use some powerful sarching and sorting algorithms to make the code fast.
