Description:
I require an algorithm to take a 2D polygon (given its 2D vertices), and decompose this polygon into triangles. The polygon can be concave or convex, but will never be self-intersecting. The polygon can also contain interior countours (holes).
A full specification is contained in the Zip file below. Only reply if you can do this in VB.Net
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) A one page English description of the algorithm used, with references to the work from which it was obtained.
Platform:
VB.Net only (no VB6 source - I know about interoperability but want all source to be in one language)
